 Jim has over 30 years of sales and leasing experience in the commercial real estate industry representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. Jim is a licensed real estate broker in DC, MD, VA, PA, and NC. Jim was the Senior Vice President for Cassidy Turley from June 2009 through January 2015. He has also served as Executive Vice President for Tishman Real Estate Services’ Mid-Atlantic office where he closed multiple notable transactions both locally and nationally. Jim has been a GWCAR multi-million dollar producer since the year 2000.

Fun Facts: Jim is a true Washingtonian. He never left the area after growing up in Bethesda, MD. He is proud to have raised his children in the area as well.

Tom is a licensed real estate agent in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia with 7 years of experience. Tom graduated from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business in 2015 where he attained his degree in business  management. Tom has experience in land, office and retail leasing and sales throughout the DMV. Some of his previous work experience includes running his own landscaping business, working as an intern estimator for a General Contractor in San Diego, and working at marinas on the eastern shore facilitating rentals and charters.

Fun Facts: Tom is a passionate DC sports fan and enjoys fishing. Tom is eager to continue working in the real estate industry like his father Jim and grandfather Melvin.
