 In 1976, Melvin L. Clark opened the doors of his first office located in downtown Bethesda, Maryland.

In 2003, Mel’s son Jim took over the family business and has been keeping busy ever since, building on the legacy his father began over 40 years ago.

In 2016, Jim’s son Tom joined the family business as the third generation of Clarks to provide top notch services to our clients.

For over four decades, M.L. Clark has sold and leased properties throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
